Lubaina Sheerazi
Lubaina started her career in fashion before finding her calling in travel and tourism, building deep industry experience across Galileo, Air Sahara, Kuoni and Cox & Kings. In 2010, she co-founded what would become BRANDit with a team of two. Within four years, she built a 25-person agency delivering 360-degree destination brand marketing.
Her first landmark was branding Oman as an exotic leisure destination in India — shifting its image from a labour-market association to a desirable travel choice. Within five years, India became Oman's 2nd largest source market. She replicated the model with Seychelles (400% growth in Indian arrivals since 2013), Japan, Azerbaijan, Thailand and hospitality brands including Jumeirah, Club Med and Cinnamon.
A multiple-award winner and a sought-after speaker across travel trade forums, Lubaina brings two decades of experience and an unmatched understanding of the intricate fabric of India's outbound travel ecosystem.
